Come and join me for an extended weekend in a beautiful oceanfront home at the Outer Banks, NC this May. It is my intention to offer an event where we can disconnect from our devices, our responsibilities, the many roles we carry, and the rising discontent driven in no small part by social media that's become unhinged, swift changes and historic traumatic events, and general sociopolitical unrest (is that a nice way to say it?). Take this time to be in stillness with the ocean, go for long walks, lay by the (heated) pool or private beachfront, take a quiet bicycle ride, eat cold ice cream, browse the local shops at the nearby Duck Boardwalk, eat an abundance of delicious fresh and local food, read a book, journal, engage in morning yoga, take part in workshops, connect with new people in meaningful ways, and so much more. Let us quietly rebel by engaging with our deepest wisdom, so that when we reconnect back into our lives again we can be recharged and restored, ready to keep moving forward with strength and clarity.

Investment
A $400 non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve your space.
Payment plans available and can be divided in
up to three separate payments.​

Transportation costs, travel insurance, toiletries, beach towels, suntan lotion, excursions on your own time, extra food/snacks, personal items, books, etc.

Where Do I Apply?
Please complete this application form and answer some brief questions to ensure the right fit for our intimate group. Once approved, and room availability has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the deposit, consent forms, and more details such as weekend schedule and resources to help prepare for the weekend.

Do I have to be a current client to attend?
Nope! Just complete the questionnaire above, we would be happy to have you!
Can I share a bed with someone to save money?
Yes! There is an add-on option for any private room. Add-on prices vary based on overall retreat size and if it is a a King room or a Full room. So, anyone you can stand to share a bed with (who is a lady for this one) can also apply. **Please note that the Full room has three beds, so it would become a shared room price if you have a friend in mind you want to include, this option can be blocked for two people. Please email me if you have questions about these more affordable options, as price should not be a barrier.
What are your payment plans?
There is a 400.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold your space in the group. Depending on when the deposit is made, you have the option to split the payments into two or three parts. All payments are due by the Monday before the trip, April 21st, 2025.

What happens if it rains?
The retreat will still commence and weather friendly changes will be made. However, if there is a severe storm and the vendors cancel, we will have to postpone and reschedule. This is where travel insurance is highly encouraged.
